Let  \(a\equiv (3^{-1}+5^{-1}+7^{-1})^{-1}\pmod{11}\). What is the remainder when a is divided by 11?

 

i am not trying to cheat i swear. you dont HAVE to give the answer but ive been trying to solve this problem for abt 30 mins now and im kinda just bored of it now. If you want to please give answer and explaination. i wana LeArN

a =  ( 35/105 + 21/105  + 15/105)-1

  =   (71/105)-1

  = 105/71

 

 

105/71  mod 11   =  105/71    =    1 34/105  =   1.47887

 a = (4+9+8)^(-1)

a = 10^(-1)

a = 10
