Kareem and Cheryl work in different supermarkets.Kareem regularly earns $8.90 per hour, and he is paid "time-and-a-half" for each overtime hour he works. Cheryl regularly earns $7.10 per hour she is paid "double time" for each overtime hour. Who earns more for one hour of overtime? How much more per hour?

8.9*1.5 = 13.35 <---This is Kareem's pay

7.1*2 = 14.2 <---This is Cheryl's pay.

As we can see, 14.2>13.35, so Cheryl gets paid more for 1 hour of overtime.
