how am i gonna express the ratio in lowest terms of consonants to vowels in each name?

 example:

Fredericton       11 letters

vowels           e,e,i,o                  4 vowels

consonants   f, r, d , r, c, t, n     7 consonants

ratio of vowels to consonents is    4 : 7     

Sometimes this is written as a fraction  4/7

and 4/7 cannot be simplified. 

Fredericton

7 consonants

4 vowels

So.....the ratio is :

7 / 4  

And that's in lowest terms
