How do I do cos(θ)=sin(θ+20) when I'm solving for θ?

The co in cosine stands for complementary.  Complementary angles add up to 90 degrees

$$\\cos\theta=sin(90-\theta)\\
so\\
90-\theta=\theta+20$$

and you can finish it. :)
