How do I express interval notation

Let \[f(x) = \frac{2x + 3}{kx - 2}.\]Find all real numbers $k$ so that $f^{-1}(x) = f(x).$

 

so I know Cphill answered it and k cannot = x/2 but how do I express in interval notation
