how do i factor quadratics with other leading coefficents?

If you have a quadratic equation with a leading coefficient that is equated to '0'    ...then just divide through by that coefficient !  

Example:   3x^2 - 9x + 6 = 0

Divide through by '3' to get    x^2 - 3x + 2 = 0
