how do i find the squr root of something

Well there are two types of square roots, perfect and imperfect. 

 

Perfect example: 

 

sqrt(4) = 2

 

Imperfect example:

 

sqrt(18) = (3)*sqrt(2) or some decimal that I'm too lazy to calculate.
