I will admit that a few trolls answered before me. One of them was quite funny. :)
say you have 23.798 degrees
this is 23 degrees and 0.798*60=47.88 minutes
and
23 degrees 47.88minutes = 23 degrees 47minutes and 0.88*60=52.8 seconds
so
23.798 degrees = 23 degrees 47minutes 52.8 seconds
i don't think that there is any quicker way of doing it on this calc but I could be wrong :)
