how do i solve (-2-2)/(5-5) applying slope formula y2-y1/x2-x1 and get the correct answer?

If the 2 x vaues are the same as with your points then the line will be vertical and the gradient will be infinite.

Maybe someone else can comment here - is it infinite or undefined - I'm going for infinite.
