How do I solve an equation that looks like this? My wokrsheet says to find the real solution(s) of the equation and to round decimals.

(x+7)^3=1000

(x+7)^3=1000 take the cube root of both sides

[(x +7)^3]^(1/3) = 1000^(1/3)

x + 7 = 10 → x = 3
