How do I solve for a solution using substitution? 3x-5y=15 and 18x-7=y

well, if y=18x-7, we can substitute that value into the first equation to get 3x-90x+35=15. Therefore, -87x=-20 and x=$$20/87$$. Therefore, y=18(20/87)-7. y=1586/87-7 and then y=959/87.
