Are you sure you copied it right? If so, it has only complex roots:

Solve for x:
x^2+20 = 4

Subtract 20 from both sides:
x^2 = -16

Take the square root of both sides:
Answer: |  x = 4 i              or                  x = -4 i

Guest is right

It has NO REAL roots !

And most likely you have not learned about complex numbers yet.
