How do I work out the sides on an irregular polygon with axis coming from the center of 7.3m, 7.7m, 12.9m, 14.6m & 8.6m

If the distances represent those drawn to each of five vertexes from a central point, there are infinite answers to this. This is because the angle formed between any two of the lines has infinite possibilities......thus, the side of the polygon contained between the two lines could have many lengths. And each side would have the same characteristic.

No I don't think that is what you mean.
