How do u find the slope of something??

First, you will have 2 points on a graph. Let's say that the points are (4,-2) and (13, 6).

You would subtract the y coordiantes first. 6-(-2) is 8.

Then you would do the same for x. 13-4 is 9.

Y goes over X is slopes, so the asnwer would be 8 over 9.
