How do you compute an experimental value of g from slope value?

Is this question related to acceleration? If so, you have to choose two points on the line and get the slope by doing rise/run or $$\frac{\Delta{Y}}{\Delta{X}} = \frac{Y2 - Y1}{X2 - X1} = slope.$$
