How do you divid using scientific notantion?

Scientific notation is like 4x10 to the power of three or 2 and 10 to the power of 2 and similar

Divide the numbers separatly, with my example 4/2=2 and 10 to the 3/ 10 to the 2= 10

The answer would be 2x10 to the power of one
