+2 Basically all you have to do is divide the top, or numerator, of the fraction, by the bottom ,or nomination. For example, say you need to convert 3/4 into a percent. Well 3 divided by 4 is 0.75. We can see that that is not a percent, so last thing you need to do is move the decimal point over to the right 2 spaces. At the end, 3/4 as a fraction is 75%.
