how do you input fractions

The is a square root button on the calc or you could just input 

 

sqrt(6)

Fractions are shown like this    \       . For example 1/2   .   

 

Square root is the opposite of squaring, it is finding the number that is doubled to find your number.

 

E.g. 16 ...

 

4*4=16

To put this into Algebra, if N was your number and A was square root of it .
