Well if you want to make a decimal into a percentage all you need to do is multiply that decimal by 100 and slap a percentage sign on the result.

From fractions you need to convert the fraction into a decimal, then repeat the steps above.

agreed percentages are out of 100% or 1 and frcations are out of 1

so there for 1/2 is 100 devided by 2 witch is 50%

1/2 is also equal to 1 devided by 2 witch equals 0.5

so you see 100% also equals 1 so 0.5 can be transfered to 50%
