how do you put the degrees

°   Look under the omega symbol (right next to the smiley in the menu) to insert a special character in to your question writing.   If you are using the calculator, just make sure the 'deg' is checked in the lower left corner (not the 'rad')  and everything will be in degrees when you are using trig fxns
