how do you turn the decimal into a fraction

You may recall your teacher talking about tenths, hundreths etc. in decimals like this: T H Th

                                                                                                                            0.123

This was because who can now easily convert these decimals into fractions. For instance, if the number is 0.2, then you can see that there is a 2 in the tenths section which therefore makes it two over 10 or 2/10.
