how many boxes fit into a space

I'm trying to figure out how many 18x14x12 or 20x20x18 bxs ft in space 69"Dx47x40"H" -- i want to get the most efficient boxes and am not sure if i should by the 18x14x12 or the 20x20x18. Thanks. wasnevergoodatmath
