$$\frac{3^6}{6^4\cdot625}\rightarrow\frac{3^6}{6^4\cdot5^4}\rightarrow 9\cdot (\frac{3}{30})^4\rightarrow \frac{9}{10^4}\rightarrow 0.0009$$

 

so there are 4 digits to the right of the decimal point.
