how to convert a large number into a small portable power that perfectly describes it?
ie: 122 = 2^7-12
for: 2195801520789104334320225070847788000
+37084 122= 2^7 - 6 BTW
easier to say 122 = 11^2
But don't know algorithm to answer your question.......a program could easily be written....
You could use logs with various bases to get your best solution, I guess
