how to do square roots

if you have a scientific calculator or the TI-30XS version then you would hit the button 2nd and then the carrot symbol. then you would type in your question. If you dont have a calculator then you try multiply 2 of the same numbers and if you get your answer right then there you go. it is much easier to do it with a calculator. I hope this was helpful for you.
