I've never heard the term multiplicity used like this before but i am assuming this is what you are after:

$y=a(x-7)^2(x+5)^3 \\through\;\;(6,2662)\\ 2662=a(6-7)^2*(6+5)^3\\ 2662=a(-1)^2*(11)^3\\ 2662=a*1331\\ a=2\\ y=2(x-7)^2(x+5)^3$
