Cosec(y)=1/sin(y)

 

so to divide by sin(y) is the same as multiplying by cosec(y)

 

 

just like       $$\\3\div \frac{1}{2}=3\times \frac{2}{1}=3\times2$$

Sorry, I don't quite know what you want, but here is what I understand:

 sin(x)/sin(y)=sin(x) * csc(y)
