I'm pretty sure that is a irrational number and that's \(2.585786437626905\).

I used the calculator on this domain web2.0calc.com and typed:

\((4+3i)-(sqrt(2)+3i)\)

The preview looks like this:

\((4+3i)-(\sqrt{2}+3i)\)

The answer is this:

\(2.585786437626905\)

Simplify the following:
4 + 3 i - (sqrt(2) + 3 i)

-(3 i + sqrt(2)) = -sqrt(2) - 3 i:
4 + 3 i + -3 i - sqrt(2)

Add like terms. 4 + 3 i - sqrt(2) - 3 i = 4 - sqrt(2):
Answer: |4 - sqrt(2)
