If \(\log_{10}(x) = 3 + \log_{10}(y)\), then find \(\dfrac{x}{y}\).

 

i am pretty sure we'd have to apoky the log formulas/rules to this problem, but im not sure how.

 

any help would be apreciated!!

Note that \(\log(a)-\log(b)=\log(\frac{a}{b})\)
