I am trying to find the mode of this data set: 6.1,6.3,6.3,6.5,6.5,6.7,6.8,6.9,6.9,7.1 I'm confused which one is the mode because 6.3, 6.5, and 6.9 all repeat themselfs twice.

However.......I think there is some debate about this........I believe some texts/instructors consider this data set to have no mode since no one value appears more than any of the others......
Maybe you should check to see which convention your text/instructor uses.......
