i am unsure how to solve this quadratic equation -2x(3x-4)=0 as i do not understand the formula to solve this one

If a*b=0 then either a or b or both must equal zeros    SO

if    -2x * (3x-4)  = 0    then   either    

-2x=0       or    3x-4 = 0

x=0           or       3x=4

x=0           or         x=4/3
