I can't change from Degree to Rad

i selected the Rad option

nothing changed, still the same, i think it's broken :

 

Do it by hand as follows=( degrees X Pi) / 180=Radians

 

E.g.=(45 degrees X 3.14159265358) / 180 =.7853981634 radians
