1+x^0.5/1+x^0.5+x : 1/x^1.5-1=

I don't understand why there is a colon in the middle but lets take a look.    

 

$$1+x^{0.5}/1+x^{0.5}+x = 1+\frac{x^{0.5}}{1}+x^{0.5}+x$$

 

Since you have not included any brackets, this is the correct way to interpret the first part of your question.

 

I think you need to repost and include brackets so that there can be no misunderstanding.
