I checked what you said and you are right google says it is a graph.  How silly is that.

The graph represents the equation

y=4(x+5) + 3(x+3) 

but that has nothing to do with your questions.   

well it would end up as 4x+20+3x+9, which simplifies down to 7x+29. i hope that helps

Well, its easy once you get the hang of it. And trust me, you'll begin to understand why we all need math in life.

4(x+5)+3(x+3)

4(x) + 4(5) = 4x+20

3(x) + 3(3) = 3x+9

Combine the like terms

(4x) + (3x) = 7x

(20) + (9) = 29

= 7x+29

Take the time to actually look at it, its common sense.
