^2√31+^2√43/(17)^2

Is this what you want?

$$\sqrt{31}+\sqrt{43}/(17)^2$$

Most calcs including the Web2 calc have a $${\sqrt{{\mathtt{x}}}}$$   button.

so you just press

 $$31\;\;\sqrt{x}\;\;+\;\;43\;\;\sqrt{x} \;\;\div\;\;17 \;\;x^2=$$

Or for the web2 calc I would write this in  the input box

sqrt(31)+sqrt(43)/17^2 and then press equals.  This is what the output would look like

$${\sqrt{{\mathtt{31}}}}{\mathtt{\,\small\textbf+\,}}{\frac{{\sqrt{{\mathtt{43}}}}}{{{\mathtt{17}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}}}} = {\mathtt{5.590\: \!454\: \!461\: \!530\: \!028\: \!8}}$$

There are other ways as well because a square root is the same as a power of 1/2

but that is enough for now
