I have a 49.62 percent in my class and my final exam is 20% of my grade so how much do I need to get on it to raise the 49.62% to a 60%

49.62 is 80% of final grade x is 20% of final grade and desired final grade is 60, so:

 

0.8*49.62 + 0.2*x = 60

 

0.2*x = 20.304

 

x = 20.304/0.2 

 

x = 101.52

 

Unfortunately, you will need over 100% in your final exam to reach 60% overall.
