What is the component form of the vector represented by 2a when a^-> =<−2,3>?

If initial side is (x1,y1)

Then x1=−1 and y1=5

If terminal side is (x2,y2)

Then x2=15 and y2=12

Thus, component form of v is <(x2−x1),(y2−y1)>...simply

In this case, v =<[15−(−1)],(12−5)

Which gives us v =<16,7>

here idk if its right so :/
