f(x) =  [ 1 + 2x] / x

Note that when x = 1, y = 3

So..the point (1,3) is on f(x)

This indicates that the first graph must be correct

And

g(x) = 2 + x

Note that when x = 0, y = 2

So...the point   (0, 2) is on g(x)

So....the first graph must be correct because (0, 2) isn't on the second graph of g(x)

Can you take it from here ???
