arc length / circumference   =   central angle in radians / ( 2π )

 

arc length / ( 2π * 63 )   =   ( 2π/9 ) / ( 2π )

 

arc length   =   ( 2π/9 ) / ( 2π )  *  ( 2π * 63 )

 

arc length   =   2π/9  *  63

 

arc length   =   14π    centimeters
