Simplify the following:
567 x^2 y-175 y-567 x^2+175

Factor 7 out of 567 x^2 y-175 y-567 x^2+175:
7 (81 x^2 y-25 y-81 x^2+25)

Factor terms by grouping. 81 x^2 y-25 y-81 x^2+25 = (81 x^2 y-25 y)+(25-81 x^2) = y (81 x^2-25)-(81 x^2-25):
7 y (81 x^2-25)-(81 x^2-25)

Factor 81 x^2-25 from y (81 x^2-25)-(81 x^2-25):
7 (81 x^2-25) (y-1)

81 x^2-25 = (9 x)^2-5^2:
7 (9 x)^2-5^2 (y-1)

Factor the difference of two squares. (9 x)^2-5^2 = (9 x-5) (9 x+5):
Answer: |7 (9x - 5) (9x + 5) (y - 1)
