I need help

2y-24x=10 --> y=12*x+5

I got that result from the calc.

Try to use a coordinate grid. Guess of a number like 1, 2, 3, .......etc. Do the same thing with the letter x. Hope this helps!

2y-24x=10

Divide both sides by 2

y - 12x  = 5      add 12x to both sides

y = 12x - 5     this is the equation of a line

To graph this....let x =  0

y = 12(0)   - 5

y = 0 - 5

y = -5     so the point  (0, 5)  is on the graph

Now....the slope = 12  = 12/1   

So......go 12 units up from (0, 5)   and over 1 unit to the right......this should give you a second point =  (1, 17)

Draw a line through these two points.......and that's your  graph
