Can someone please explain thoroughly how to solve tan(x/2)= -1 I don't understand how it goes from tan(x/2)= -1 to tan(x)= -1 and then I don't get how x/2 = 3pi/4 etc. so can someone PLEASE explain in detail for me? Thank you!

arc tan(-1) = x/2

-45 (~315) or 135 = x/2

x = 270  degrees    630 degrees
