Resolve forces in the x and y directions.

Fx = 100cos(40°) + 75cos(20°)

Fy = 75 + 100sin(40°) - 75sin(20°)

 

Get the magnitude from F = √(Fx2 + Fy2)

Get angle to horizontal from θ = tan-1(Fy/Fx)

 

The resultant should act through the centre of mass, wherever that is.
