What is the vector that results from transforming a⃗ by the transformation matrix?

I believe you would just multiply 3 by both 7 and -6, and then multiply -1 by 3 and -4. Whatever you get afterwards will be put as vector coordinates in the boxes. :)
would it be 3 x 7 x -6 or (3x7)+(3x-6)?
