Angle of elevation = angle of depression.

sin(angle) = 30/40

$${\mathtt{angle}} = \underset{\,\,\,\,^{\textcolor[rgb]{0.66,0.66,0.66}{360^\circ}}}{{sin}}^{\!\!\mathtt{-1}}{\left({\frac{{\mathtt{30}}}{{\mathtt{40}}}}\right)} \Rightarrow {\mathtt{angle}} = {\mathtt{48.590\: \!377\: \!890\: \!729^{\circ}}}$$
