\(3^{-2}=\frac{1}{3^2}\\~\\ 3^{-1/2}=\frac{1}{\sqrt3}\\~\\ 0^{anything\; except\: 0} =0\\~\\ (-3)^{-2}=\frac{1}{(-3)^2}\\ (-3)^{-1/2}=not\;a\;real\;number\\ (-3)^{-3}=\frac{1}{(-3)^3}=?\\ \)
