 (5*x^3-3*x^2+3*x-2)/(x+1)

               5x^2      -8x        + 11

x + 1   [   5x^3     - 3x^2       +3x     - 2  ]

               5x^3     +5x^2

              __________________________

                           -8x^2      +3x

                           -8x^2      -8x

                        _____________________

                                          11x       - 2

                                          11x      +11

                                          __________

                                                      -13

So....  the result  is

5x^2  - 8x  + 11   R   ( -13 ) / (x + 1)

cool cool cool
