if i have the opposite, adjacent and the hypotenuse how do i find the angle

S-O-H-C-A-H-T-O-A

 

Sin = Opposite /Hypotenuse   Cosine = Adjacent / Hypotenuse Tangent = Opposite / Adjacent

 

Since you have all of the sides you can pick any of them and calculate the sin , cos or tan  then use the inverse function

(example sin^1)   to find the angle....

This is ONLY for RIGHT triangles
