If it was an episode of 'Criminal Minds' or better still 'Bones' then you would want your brains as well as other bits of your anatomy to be jetisoned as far as possible BUT if your mum has to clean it up then that would not be nice :/

But, SERIOUSLY, holding in a sneeze could pop a blood vessel.
If you're going to sneeze, do it on your hand and wash your hands but if you're not bothered ( like most people 
)
Sneeze on your sleeves it's an easier way to not spread germs.

+4709 It's gross but true , scientist say it's safter to sneeze on your sleeves ( near elbow ) because hardly anyone washes their hands and they touch everything!
