B. $275.00

 

 

C. $300.00

 

 

D. $291.67

900/3  = $300

870/3  = $290

 

So   since  $875   is between  870  and 900.....we might guess that the answer is between 290 and 300

 

But 292 * 3   ends in a "6"....so this isn't correct

 

So  $291.67  appears to be correct
